Are we insured?
Now, it is a common misconception that removalists insure your possessions with every move. By Law, removalists are unable to insure your individual items unless they are a registered insurance agent.
Some insurance companies cover your possessions for relocation if you have Home Contents Insurance. PackMe is unable to accept any responsibility for damage to your property, though we assure you that we take the utmost care with every move.

All our trucks carry Full Transit Insurance of up to $100,000. This covers you in case of extreme situations that may occur whilst in transport, such as collision, fire, explosions, etc.
Coverage area
As we operate from Sydney city, at the moment, we only cover Sydney metropolitan area.
New areas will be added to the list as we expand.

Naturally, it is difficult to put a price on a job, which you have no idea how long it will take to complete.
That is why, before we give you the damage bill, we send out a consultant, who will scope the work, advise you of your options and agree with you on the timings.
The consultant visit will not cost you anything.

To be precise, PackMe offers a unique packing service to help you move your house, apartment or office without your involvement. Let us do the hard work so you don’t have to waste your time packing boxes.
All you need to do is book an appointment with one of our consultants who will visit you to assess the scope of work (free of charge) and will arrange a date of move. You will then need to supply us with a destination address, leave your premises in the morning while we pack all your possessions and return in the evening to the new address, when everything will be already moved, unpacked and arranged according to your set requirements.
We are the first company in Sydney to offer such V.I.P relocation and packing services.
